FM Group acts as an independent escrow agent providing escrow services for a variety of transactions.  These services include securities transactions, merger and acquisition, real estate and other business deals. We receive, hold and pay funds in accordance with defined contractual conditions, acting for and on behalf of, and in the interest of, the contractual parties.
